• This offer is valid for stays from Sunday to Thursday.
• This offer is valid for booking at Hotels-G.com Website only.
• A surcharge of THB 1,000 applies on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Valid for a minimum 2-night stay and must be booked exclusively through the Hotels-G website.
• Ramayana Waterpark is open from 11AM to 6PM and is closed every Wednesday. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the waterpark.
• Children (3-12 years) under 106 cm: Free waterpark access and may share existing bed with parents (max 2 children per room).
• Children (3-12 years) equal or higher than 106 cm, must be selected as an additional child during the booking process.
• Height will be measured at the water park entrance. Guests who do not meet the required height criteria must pay the applicable fee on site.
• Advance booking is required at least 2-4 days prior to arrival.
• Guest must present the vouchers at the Ramayana Waterpark entrance to verify and claim their entry tickets.
• Offer is subject to room availability and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• The hotel reserved the right to deny access or modify services under the following circumstances:
  • The waterpark has reached its full capacity.
  • Operational disruptions or force majeure events.
• Extra person and children policy apply.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts or promotions.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with ALL – Accor Live Limitless and Accor Plus program discounts and privileges.
• The hotel reserves the right to discontinue the offer, correct the rate, cancel the reservation or change the terms and conditions at any time at its discretion, without prior notice.
